Die Pfahlbauer - Am Wasser und über die Alpen. Bernisches Historisches Museum app for iPhone and iPad

The official audio guide to the exhibition "The Pile Dwellers – On the water and over the Alps", which is staged at the Bernisches Historisches Museum from 3rd April to 26th October 2014. High-quality exhibits, vivid models, figurines and large-format projections give you an understanding of the everyday lives of the people that lived in our region at the time. Discover the lakeside settlements and marvel at the finds retrieved from glaciers, which are on display for the first time. The highlight is the equipment of the Late Stone Age hunter from the Schnidejoch Pass (Bernese Oberland), Switzerland’s “Ötzi”. The exhibition is a cooperation with the Archaeological Service of Canton Bern.
